Report in Engagement campaign

Besides automatically fetched post data, certain types of data cannot be retrieved via API. However, we can manually upload them. Please follow these instructions:

Essentially, there are two ways to manually upload data to the Report for an Engagement campaign:

1. Upload CSV Report

1. Navigate to Report page in your engagement campaign and click on CSV Upload

2. Click on "Manual Upload Template" to download CSV Report file for your campaign

3. Open the CSV file that you downloaded and manually input numbers you need to update

Save your edited file as CSV type.

1. Go back to your Report page, upload the file and your metrics should be accordingly reflected.

2. Upload Post insight

This alternative is not supported for Facebook engagement campaigns.

1. Click on Edit symbol on the post you need to update data

2. Upload screenshots of post insight which are usually provided by influencers

3. Save

4. Go to Post Insight Page to confirm numbers
