Is the budget consumed on warning status in Marketplace Campaign?
Budgets are consumed on posts which have an "Effective" or "Warning" status. Posts with "Ineffective" statuses don't consume the budget set.
Please make sure that you do not change a post status to "Effective" again once the post status is set to "Ineffective" as it will consume the budget.
