# What is the yellow icon next to the account name?

**The icon means that this influencer's social account  token is invalid, which can happen when the password is changed or the IG is connected to a different FB page (for Instagram account only).**

When the token becomes invalid, the system cannot fetch the data anymore, so you need to ask this influencer to reconnect their social account on AnyCreator..
