The icon means that this influencer's social account token is invalid, which can happen when the password is changed or the IG is connected to a different FB page (for Instagram account only).
When the token becomes invalid, the system cannot fetch the data anymore, so you need to ask this influencer to reconnect their social account on AnyCreator..
1. Click the icon
2. Click "Reconnect"
This workflow can be applied for all soical media re-connection.
