# Extension fails to get data

In case the extension doesn't work, please share these details.

#### 1. HTML of the FB account（Please use the tool below）

#### 2. Video while you are using the extension with Console open

a. Right click\
b. Click "Inspect"\
c. Click "Console"

e. Start the extension and take a screen recording.

#### 3. Exact time when you used the extension so that we can check the log
