Understanding Force -Join Feature and Influencer Status

This feature can help you force a specific influencer from AnyTag to participate in your Marketplace campaigns.

  1. Click on Marketplace on the left side and find your campaign title

  2. Move to Select influencer tab

  3. Find and select influencers (with Available status) you want to invite to join in/apply for your Marketplace campaigns

  4. Click on "Mark as Joined"

After marking any influencers as Joined, you can ask them check it in My Job >> In progress on AnyCreator

Unavailable

Campaign is not visible to the influencers

Available

Campaign is visible to the influencers.

Waiting

-If the users connected multiple accounts: the system is waiting for the user to select an account.

- If the users don't have the relevant accounts connected, the system is waiting for users to connect an account.

Joined

Influencers joined the campaign. It also displays the "Joined" status in the Posts tab.

When influencers click on the campaign, a popup asking them to connect their account will appear

In Selection campaign, when you Mark as Joined any influencers who have multiple social accounts connected/no social accounts connected, influencers need to choose/connect a social account to apply for this campaign first. Then, you need go to [ Applicant influencer tab ] and approve their application as usual.

Available → Waiting → Applied → Joined

Influencer status on Applicant Influencers tab in Selection MKP campaigns:

Applied

Influencer applied to the campaign

Approved

Influencer is approved to join the campaign

(The influencer is shown on the post tab)

Rejected

Influencer is rejected to join the campaign.

Staff can make them applied again from Applicant influencer tab

Reviewing

Influencer is now on reviewing by Internal teams/Advertisers

You can switch freely between 'Applied' and 'Reviewing', as well as between 'Approved' and 'Rejected'. However, once your status changes from Applied/Reviewing to Approved or Rejected, it cannot be reversed.

Affiliate Campaigns without post tracking

After marking influencers as "Joined," additional actions to select Social Media were added.
