IG story posts, TikTok posts, FB posts are not reflected

Instagram story posts, TikTok posts, and posts on private Facebook accounts of influencers who are not registered with AnyCreator cannot be retrieved because the information is not public.

In that case, you can upload a CSV of the engagement numbers for each of the posts. When uploading post data from CSV, the post status must be effective. Please contact us so that our support team can change the post status after entering the post URL into each post.
