Why is the post not shown on the report?

Unlike Engagement Campaign workflow which requires adding posts manually, influencers' post in Marketplace campaigns can be automatically fetched and reflected on AnyTag dashboards.

However, there are some causes that lead to post may not be shown on the report. Here is some reasons:

1. Did the influencer use the correct account to post?

If they do not post with the account they selected before participating in the campaign, AnyTag will not be able to get the post data.

2. Is their Instagram business account connected to the Facebook page?

If the influencer says she/he has already joined the campaign, please check the influencer profile to see if there is an error saying that Instagram or Facebook is not connected.

3. Are the hashtags accurate?

For social media post campaigns, AnyTag cannot track the post if hashtags are not accurate.

4.The post has been deleted.

AnyTag tracks only published post data. Please ask them to post it again to track data. Then add post URL on their post.

5. Did you wait more than 20 mins after the influencer posted?

AnyTag updates every 20 mins. Please wait for at least 20 mins.

6. Has the influencer posted during the campaign period.

AnyTag tracks post data only during the campaign period.

7. Did the influencer change their social medial profile account password recently?

If they have changed passwords recently, they would need to login to AnyCreator again. The data will be updated and the post data will be reflected correctly.

8. Did the influencer change the Facebook page which is connected with Instagram?

If they have changed the Facebook page that is connected with their Instagram profile, please make sure to register the new Facebook page in AnyCreator. Once the new Facebook page is registered in AnyCreator, AnyTag can get the post data automatically.

If the influencer's old page has been deleted, please contact our support team after registering your new page.
