Add Influencer

Add an influencer on AnyTag UI

Follow the steps below to add an influencer to the platform:

• Click "Influencer" on the left navigation bar

• Click "+ Add Influencer"

• Enter the information for the influencer

① Enter the username of SNS account

【Facebook】

• Enter Facebook page username when account has Facebook page.

• Enter individual username when account is private.

Please note that Facebook has private account and business account(Facebook page). - Facebook individual username = Private - Facebook page username = Business page

【Instagram】 Enter Instagram username.

【TikTok】 Enter TikTok username.

Eg: https://www.tiktok.com/@hii.jennie_ => hii.jennie_ is the username

For Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, please wait within 1 so that API can scrape and reflect data on profiles.

②Enter influencer account details

Terminology	Description
Name	Name of the influencer
Influencer's Categories	You can select maximum of three categories
Tags	You can search the influencer by tags if you enter tags here. (At most 15 tags available)
Self Introduction	The introduction of the influencer. Advertisers can view the influencer's introduction on the profile page.
Default Reasons for Influencer Selection	Default reasons for choosing the influencers. Edit is available on proposal page.
Notification Settings	Recommended : ON Influencers will not receive any campaign notification and payment status if it is turned off.
Account Type	You can choose influencer private account or business(company) account.

• Click on "Save"

To streamline data management, Product team can assist your team in populating new influencer profiles and updating several key influencer fields that previously required manual entry:

• Influencer Category

• Gender

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Profile URL

• Birthday

• Post Price

📌 Bulk-Update for Existing Influencers

In addition to creating new profiles, we've introduced a separate bulk-update template tailored for existing influencers on the AnyTag system. By streamlining these updates, it allows you to efficiently manage influencer data and save time on manual adjustments:

• Fill in missing data

• Correct outdated or inaccurate details

• Ensure profile consistency across the platform

Use the Correct Template Please ensure that you use the appropriate template when submitting any bulk upload or update requests. This helps avoid delays and ensures accurate processing.

Request Submission Timeline Requests submitted during the current week will be scheduled in the next week’s development sprint, which begins every Monday. To ensure your request is completed by Wednesday of the following week, please submit it by Friday of the current week.
