This feature allows you to create a personal proposal shortlist of influencers and export them in a way that is more in line with IM campaign planning flows, rather than needing to create an Engagement campaign first or creating a Package.
You can use search tool to find suitable influencers and easily to add them to your personal proposal list:

You can even edit influencer's budget or download your proposals:
