Is it possible for influencers to change their SNS password during a campaign?

If a signed up influencer has changed their social media account password recently or during an Engagement or Marketplace campaign, you will need to inform them to login again to AnyCreator.

Their profile data will then be updated and their campaign post data will be reflected correctly.

If after re-logging in to AnyCreator still does not update their profile and campaign data, kindly contact our AnyTag Customer Success team member.
