• For Facebook and TikTok posts, once the post URL or caption is submitted in AnyTag, the system triggers an initial API call to retrieve performance metrics.

• Subsequently, the API is scheduled to automatically retrieve metrics data on a weekly basis. Hence the next scheduled update occurs 7 days after the campaign start date

E.g: One campaign started Dec 14, 5:00 pm => the next update will be Dec 21, 5:00 pm

• On the campaign end date, the API performs a final metrics update to capture the most recent performance data.

For posts that cannot be automatically fetched, please contact our support team after adding the post URL to the platform. Once notified, we will manually update the post status to Effective.

After that, you can upload the post data from CSV.
