When the post URL/caption is inputted in AnyTag, the API will upload the metrics 1 time.
After the post is fetched, the API updates the metric scores once a week. Particularly, the next update will 1 week after the campaign's start date
E.g: One campaign started Dec 14, 5:00 pm => the next update will be Dec 21, 5:00 pm
On the day that the campaign ends, the API updates the metrics 1 last time
