Engagement campaign workflow

1. Create Campaign

a. Click "Engagement" on the left navigation bar. b. Click "+ Add Campaign"

Terminology

Description

Advertiser

The advertiser for this campaign. User accounts related to this advertiser can see related campaign reports.

Hubspot Deal

This campaign's Hubspot details.

Search by Deal name or Deal ID. Multiple Hubspots can be added.

Sales PIC

This campaign's AnyMind sales PIC.

Influencer Management PIC

This campaign's influencer management PIC.

Campaign Title

This campaign’s title.

This title will be shown to influencers on AnyCreator.

Campaign Duration

Campaign period

Influencers’ posts published during the campaign period will be updated.

Campaign Country

The country where this campaign will run.

Campaign Category

This campaign's category.

Campaign Objective

This campaign's objectives.

Budget

This campaign's budget.

It is not shown on AnyCreator.

Ad Agency Margin Rate

The margin rate charged by the advertising agency.

This will be shown on job description page.

This won't be seen by advertiser and influencers.

Campaign Thumbnail

This image will be shown on AnyCreator.

Posting samples

The image that influencers can use as examples of posts.

2. Casting Information

Terminology

Description

Social Media

Select the social media platform for this campaign. You may select more than one social media platform.

Number of Influencers

The number of influencers participating in this campaign.

Post Requirements

What the influencers need to include/do for the campaign when they post.

This can also be edited on the proposal page.

3. Tracking

Turn on and enter URL if you want to measure clicks and conversions.

Follow the instruction in the Tracking page for more details.

3. Select Influencers

Click Select Influencers, and choose influencers whom you want to ask to participate in this campaign.

You can filter by SNS, past campaigns, post content, package, gender, country, influencer attributes, and performance to find the best influencers for your campaign.

4. Enter Budget for influencers

a. Click Proposal tab.

b. Click Edit Budget.

c. Enter budget for each influencer.

The budget for this influencer

This won't be seen by the influencer.

Influencer Cost

The net cost for this influencer

This will be seen by the influencer.

Profit

The AnyTag profit for this influencer This won't be seen by influencer.

5. Publish the Proposal

Click Publish Proposal

It cannot be deleted once published

6. Approve the Proposal

Click Approve Proposal on proposal tab after you check the proposal.

Influencer can see the campaign once it is approved.

7. Add Draft Post

a. Click Add Post on post tab

b. Enter the post details and click on Save.

You can edit it via [•••] button next to post content.

Terminology

Description

Influencer

The name of the influencer who has agreed to participate in the campaign

Select Social Account

Social Account which is used for this campaign.

Post URL

Post URL used to get the post data. Please enter post URL for getting the post data if influencers don't register AnyCreator.

Plan Date of Post

The date on which you expect the influencer to post.

Contents

This is the content that the influencer should include in their post.

Please ensure that the content is correct. The influencer tend to post identical posts on their social media platform.

Media File

The image you want the influencer to post, or example of post.

Insight Upload

Post insight images can be added. This can be added to posts that already have an effective status.

You can add a draft post from AnyCreator as well.

8. Approve the Draft Post

a. Click the post that you would like to approve on the Post tab b. Click Approve ※Please click Reject and do enter the reason for rejection. This will be recorded in the history of the post.

9. Don't forget to change effective posts to "Approved" manually after the campaign is over.

a. Click checkbox next to the influencer name.

b. Click Approved
