Tracking links
User can create tracking link while creating/ edit broadcast.
User have to setup their Tracking settings to track sales & conversions
Add link to any message type in Broadcast.
Then click to another place (or press space), the link will be shortened and set up to track Click and Conversion.
We measure data via tracking url for 2 months after the broadcast is delivered
We automatically deduplicates clicks. Here's the example:
A user clicks on an tracking url.
We generates a transaction ID based on the user’s IP address, current date and offer ID.
TUNE forwards the user to the offer with the transaction ID in the offer URL.
The user closes the offer.
Ten minutes later, the user changes their mind and clicks on the offer again.
Because the date, IP address, and offer ID are all the same as on the last click, the transaction ID is also the same. We sends the user to the offer again, with this same transaction ID in the offer URL.
