This page explains how to integrate AnyX with your Rakuten seller account.

How to integrate

1. On AnyX, select Stores from the menu bar and then select a store from the list.

2. If you are logged in as a Merchant user - click Integration in the sidebar menu. The channel connection and options will be related to the current store that is in the sidebar menu dropdown.

3. Click Add. On the next screen click Rakuten and click Next.

4. On the channel details page, the Service Secret and License Key entry fields will appear. (If you do not know how to obtain the Service Secret and License Key, please refer to the Reference section below.)

   
5. After entering the information, click the Authorize button.

6. You have successfully authenticated your Rakuten seller account.

After Integration

• Once the integration is established, the product data will begin to be linked.

• Once product data is linked, listing and order data will be synchronised as well.

• You can input various cost estimate fees for that channel and store from the channel connection screen - Rakuten Channel Connection Screen.

1. Login to Rakuten RMS

2. Once logged in, click on 「店舗様向け情報・サービス」 ＞ 「5 WEB APIサービス」.

3. Navigate to the WEB SERVICE screen, and click 2-1 WEB API.

4. You can check Service Secret and License Key on this screen.
