On the "New Order" list on the Cross-Border Shipping page, click on the order for which you wish to issue a Shipping Label.
Set the shipper, type of contents, and size of box. Set the Signature Option, DDP, and Damage Coverage, if necessary.
Printing and attaching a Shipping Label. ※Commercial Invoice is Included in Shipping Label.
Signature option and DDP are not supported. Please note that even if you select this option, it will not be reflected on the Shipping Label.
When issuing a Shipping Label with Japan Post, the company name and address fields must be 36 characters or less.

Damage Coverage
If you wish to use damage insurance, please enter the value of the contents here. Please enter the value in Japanese yen. Only EMS and international parcels are eligible for damage insurance.
Please note that a fee may be charged when using the indemnity system, but this fee is not included in the shipping charges for each Japan Post delivery plan that are displayed when the Shipping Label is issued.

If you choose to issue a Japan Post invoice, the required documents for the destination country will be issued in one set as a PDF. you can print all documents from the AnyLogi Shipping Label download button, so you cannot click on the Commercial Invoice button.
Documents required for shipping vary depending on the destination country. For example, a list of documents required for EMS shipments can be found on the Japan Post page.
When shipping by Japan Post, there are size and weight restrictions.

AnyLogi will hide the shipping method from the options if the entered weight exceeds the limit. Please note, however, that the shipping method will be displayed even if the size of the box exceeds the limit. If you try to issue a Shipping Label with the size exceeding the limit, an error will occur.
