Integrating Facebook Ads

Linking your Facebook Ads account with AnyX will allow AnyX's store reports to take into account the daily ad spend from campaigns and return on ad spends (ROAs) alongside other store related data automatically, synced with product sales.

After linking the account, it may take some time before the actual data is imported. Kindly wait for the status to change from to indicating that it's completed

Note

AnyX captures the purchase events tracked by the Facebook pixel or Conversions API on your website and as sales via advertising.

Connecting your Facebook Ads account

  1. In a Single store view mode - go to Integrations and press the Add button in the Advertisement section.

If you have multiple stores connected and are in "View with all stores" mode - you will have to navigate to the Store's settings page by clicking on Account > Stores > Clicking on the name of the Store in the table:

2. Select Facebook Ads.

3. Press the Connect button.

4. You will be redirected to the Facebook sign-in page. Sign in to your Facebook account and allow AnyX access.

6. Select the Facebook Ads Account and click Save.

Next, you will need to map your campaigns to sales channels and products.

Cannot find your account on AnyX?

If the account you want to connect with is not displayed, it may be because when AnyX was previously connected to another store, a setting was applied that restricts AnyX account access to specific accounts. By changing the settings of the accounts that AnyX can connect to, you can allow AnyX access to other accounts.

1.During connection, select "Edit Previous Settings

2.Choose either "Opt-in to all current and future Businesses" or "Opt-in to current Business only" and select the relevant account to grant AnyX access permissions
