Integrations - connecting with your e-commerce store / marketplace

After creating a Store on AnyX, you can connect with an e-commerce store / marketplace seller account.

First, click on Data Source in the side bar:

How to make a new Marketplace connection

Next, under the Sales Channel section, click the "+" button

Select the e-commerce channel you are looking to connect to AnyX and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

Once the connection is established, AnyX can reflect orders, products, listing information, etc. from each marketplace.

How to Disconnect a sales channel

  1. Connected marketplaces are indicated as "Connected". Click on the button to go into the channel connection details screen:

    Click on the channel button

  2. At the bottom of the page you will see a button to disconnect the channel. Click on it to disconnect your channel:

  3. Clicking on the button displays a dialog box. Click the Disconnect button in the dialog to disconnect. Disconnecting a store will un-sync all of your previously synced listings to AnyX. However, previously captured Orders and Products (merged and un-merged) from the channels will still appear in the their respective Order and Products modules.

Channel Cost Indexes

After connecting your e-commerce store / marketplace channels, site analytics and advertisement data sources, the next step would be to ensure that various costs indexes and estimate are captured.

This allows AnyX to automatically take these into account in multi-channel, store and product level reports, automatically calculating various performance metrics enabling you to visualise and analyse cost structures, marginal profit ratios, ROAs and others.

Each marketplace has a different connection method, so please refer to each page for details.

CSV Data from Advertising and Sales & Traffic Reports

After connecting your e-commerce marketplace store, you can also upload various in-platform advertising repots and also store traffic reports - as per the data extracts in CSV format that are available from your marketplace seller portal.

Uploading this CSV data onto AnyX allows it to automatically combine and aggregate sessions and traffic data, along with advertising costs from across your connected marketplace stores. This allows you to get a complete view of overall sessions generated and ROAs quickly, should you be operating a multi-channel store. It also allows you to make quick comparisons between marketplace channels, providing you with insights on which channels to focus on.

Each marketplace has different CSV advertising and traffic reports to download from their respective marketplace platforms - for uploading onto AnyX. Please refer to each page for more details.
