Troubleshooting

Resolving the issue when messages are not reaching AnyX

If your messages are not reaching AnyX, please try the following steps:

If you have integrated Instagram and Messenger with AnyX and are also linked with similar other services

  • Please refer to the video below and reconfigure the "Primary Receiver" app to AnyChat.

  • In Facebook settings, the "Primary Receiver" is generally set for newly connected apps. If messages are not reaching AnyX, correcting this setting can resolve the issue.

  • Once you set the "Primary Receiver" to AnyChat, press the "Refresh Permissions" button to reconnect your Instagram or Messenger account again. **Reconnecting will not result in the loss of existing data.

For cases other than the one mentioned above...

Press the "Refresh Permissions" button to reconnect your Instagram or Messenger account again. **Reconnecting will not result in the loss of existing data.
