Sync Listing Function

The Sync Listing function allows you to run an ad-hoc API request to update the listing data on AnyX from your connected e-commerce stores and marketplace channels.

While stock updates and pricing information gets synced automatically when you connect a channel, when edits on details of your listings (descriptions, images etc.) are made post connecting your channel on your e-commerce store / marketplace seller account platforms directly, you will need to ensure that you run an ad-hoc request to update the details on AnyX's side.

How to do this:

Click the Sync Listing button

Select the store followed by the sales channel and click the Sync button. After clicking the Sync button, the window will close and your listing details would be updated after some minutes.
