Chat functions

Inquiries about products and services from customers through connected messaging channels (LINE and Instagram) can be exchanged via chat functions on AnyX. You can also send images and purchase links.

Connecting your messaging channels

At the present moment, messaging channel linkages for LINE and Instagram, along with Shopify store for chat purposes - requires the support of our team for implementation. Kindly contact our support team for assistance.

Display the chats depending on chat status. Depending on your selection, only the corresponding chats will be displayed in the chat list.

A list of chats in the chat room. A blue circle appears when there are unread messages.

Sort chats based on "Ongoing" or "Resolved" statuses. When you click the "Assign to Me" button, the status of the corresponding chat will switch to "Ongoing" and it will be distributed to the responder's inbox.

Information about the customer's history and past purchases are displayed here. "Customer since" shows the number of days since the customer has reached out via the messaging channel. Orders refers to connected past orders. Purchase Amount shows the total volume of sales from the customer previously. *This data is only available if a LINE official account is connected and a Shopify store is linked to the customer* - contact us for support or queries on implementation.
