AnyX is a platform that allows you to centrally analyse data from multiple e-commerce sales channels providing you an instant single view of sales, orders and impact of marketing efforts. This empowers you with the ability to quickly generate insights and grow your e-commerce business.
In order to centrally manage information on your products and consolidate them from across channels, onto AnyX - AnyX uses product code as a common identifier across listings and SKUs that may exist on multiple channels.
Hence, before linking a store or marketplace storefront to AnyX, it is necessary to enter the product code (barcode, JAN code) for each item currently listed on the marketplace before you sync your store.
The following guide provides you with info on the necessary product code details needed on each channel and how to input them.
AnyX uses Product ID of Amazon as the designated field. Please enter the product's barcode (JAN code) here.
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central and go to the Inventory Management screen.
Open the corresponding product detail page from the listing table. Click on Edit Details on the far right to open it.
Click on Vital Info tab to verify the product code. If it is not in there, follow Amazon's guide to enter it.
Process will be done when you input it.
AnyX uses Barcode of Shopify as the designated field. Please enter the product's barcode (JAN code) here.
Log in to your Shopify and open the corresponding Products detail page.
The method will be different depending on whether the products have variant or not.
If there are Variants: Go to Variants and press the Edit button on the right end of the table row. Enter the barcode corresponding to the Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc.) in the Inventory box on the detail screen that opens.
If there aren't any Variants: Go to the "Others" field at the bottom of the page and enter the barcode corresponding to the Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc.) in the box.
When you have completed the entry, please press Save button.
AnyX uses "商品番号" of Rakuten as the designated field. Please enter the product's barcode (JAN code) here.
Log in to your Rakuten and open the corresponding Products detail page.
When you open"基本情報" page, you will see a field for entering the product number, where you can enter the barcode (JAN code).
When you have completed the entry, please press Save button.
AnyX uses SKU of Shopee as the designated field. Please enter the product's barcode (JAN code) here.
Log in to your Shopee Seller Centre and open the corresponding Products detail page
The method will be different depending on whether the products have variant or not.
If there are Variants: Go to Variants List and input Barcode into SKU cells on the table.
If there aren't Variants: Go to Others Panel at bottom of page and input Barcode into Parent SKU.
When you have completed the entry, please press Update button.
AnyX uses SellerSKU of Lazada as the designated field. Please enter the product's barcode (JAN code) here.
Log in to your Lazada Seller Centre and open Manage Products page from Products.
Open corresponding Products detail page.
Go to Variants Information and input Barcode into SellerSKU cells on the table.
When you have completed the entry, please press Submit button.
AnyX uses the Seller SKU (optional) of the product as the designated fied. Please enter the barcode (JAN code) in this field.
Log in to your TikTok Shop Seller Center and open Manage Products under Products
Open the corresponding Edit Product page
Go to Sales Information and enter the corresponding product code (barcode, JAN code) in the Seller SKU (optional) field in the table.
After entering this info, don't forget to save.
AnyX uses product code (page ID) or individual product code of the listing as the designated field. Please enter the product's barcode (JAN code) here.
Go to your corresponding product page and click "Edit"
The method will be different depending on whether the products have variant or not.
If there are Variants: please enter the product code (barcode, JAN code) corresponding to the product code (page ID) in the page information.
If there are no variants - proceed to the option / shipping date info settings linked to inventory and enter the product code (bar code, JAN code) there.
After entering these codes, don't forget to save.
