[Amazon] - Integrating CSV Data from Advertising and Sales & Traffic Reports

This is a guide on how to obtain CSV data from Advertising and Sales & Traffic Traffic Reports from your Amazon store and integrate this data with AnyX. This allows you to combine and check metrics such as sessions, conversion rates (CVR) and return on ad spends (ROAS) for your omni-channel store; while also providing Amazon specific reports more accessible through AnyX.

Obtaining the CSV Data from Amazon store

Advertising Report

By connecting CSV data from your Advertising Report from Amazon, you can display advertising data on the report page and analyze purchases using indicators such as revenue from advertising, advertising costs and ROAS.

1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central, go to "Reports" -> "Advertising Reports"

2. Select Sponsored Ads Report -> Generate Report

3. Select an item and click Run Report. After the report is generated, download it

Report Category

  • Select the appropriate report category (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display and Sponsored Brands only)

Report Type

  • Select "Campaign"

Time Unit

  • Select "Daily"

Reporting Period

  • Select the applicable period

Sales & Traffic Report

By connecting CSV data on Sales & Traffic Report data from your Amazon store, it allows you analyze session metrics in relation to purchases.

1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central, go to "Reports" -> "Business Reports"

2. Click Sales & Traffic Report and select all columns

3. Select the appropriate date range and click Download .csv

Remember to select "By day of the week"

Uploading the CSV Data to your AnyX store

Once you have downloaded the CSV reports above from your Shopee Seller Centre - integrating this onto AnyX is easy.

1. From a single-store view, click Integration and select the Amazon Channel you've connected

2. In the CSV Upload tab, click upload file and upload the CSV reports you've downloaded previously.

3. AnyX is able to automatically detect the CSV file and provide an Uploaded status if there are no issues.

Once this data is connected - AnyX factors in and aggregates metrics such as sessions, CVRs, ad costs and ROAs within the Sales Channel and Product Analytics reports.
