WhatsApp - Integration

⚠️ PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!

We strongly recommend you use a new phone number that is not currently in use with other WhatsApp apps for the following reasons:

  • Facebook won’t allow phone numbers connected to WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business apps to connect with AnyX until you delete your account from those apps.

  • Once you delete your account, you will lose all contact data because WhatsApp and WhatsAppBusiness don’t have the functionality to back up or transfer data to AnyX.

  • Once you connect a phone number to AnyX, Facebook will NOT let you switch the phone number back to work with WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business apps in the future.

Again, if you feel that you might need your number for other WA apps in the future (e.g., for WhatsApp Business App or personal WhatsApp app), don't use it and prepare a brand new phone number instead.

  1. Prepare a phone number for the WhatsApp account.

  2. Log in to the Facebook profile that you plan to link to the WhatsApp account.

  3. Go to AnyX:

  4. Go to the "Data Source" tab

  5. Select WhatsApp under the Messaging Channel area

  6. Click the "Login with Facebook" button

  7. The Facebook wizard will be opened in the new tab/window.

  8. Select or create a 'Meta Business Account' and enter the necessary information. **Avoid using 'Test' or similar words, as Facebook may suspend your account if they determine it to be invalid.

  9. Select or create a 'WhatsApp Business Account'.

  10. Enter the necessary information.

  11. Complete the verification.

  12. After completing the settings, you will be automatically redirected back to the AnyX platform and prompted to enter the 'Business Account ID'.
