[Tokopedia] - Integrating CSV Data from Ads and Traffic Reports

This is a guide on how to obtain CSV data of Ads and Traffic Reports from your Tokopedia store and integrate the data with AnyX. This allows you to combine and check metrics such as sessions, conversion rates (CVR) and return on ad spends (ROAS) for your omni-channel store; while also providing Tokopedia specific reports more accessible through AnyX.
By uploading Ads Report from Tokopedia, you can display advertising data on the Analytics page and analyze purchases using indicators such as revenue from advertising, advertising costs and ROAS.
1. Log in to Tokopedia and go to “Iklan TopAds” under “Iklan dan Promosi”.
2. Select a respective date range and click on "Download Data".
After the Ads report is uploaded to AnyX from Tokopedia - using the Product Name in the report downloaded from Tokopedia and matching them with the same Listings and Products on AnyX, the Product Analytics reports automatically attribute the advertising costs and revenue for each product.
By uploading Traffic Report from Tokopedia, you can display traffic data on the Analytics page and analyze purchases using indicators such as sessions and CVR.
1. Log in to Tokopedia and go to “Wawasan Toko” under “Statistik”.
2. Select a respective date range and click on “Download Data”.
By uploading Inventory Report from Tokopedia, you can display inventory data on the Analytics page and analyze product performance in more depth with metrics like Inventory Count, Days of Inventory, etc.
1. Log in to Tokopedia and go to “Produk Dilayani Tokopedia” under “Produk”.
2. Click on "Minta Laporan" and download the report.
By uploading Sales Report from Tokopedia, you can display Tokopedia subsidy amount in Analytics module allowing you to track more accurate sales figures.
1. Log in to Tokopedia and go to “Pesanan”.
2. Click on "Download Laporan" and download the report.
Once you have downloaded the CSV reports above from your Tokopedia store - integrating this onto AnyX is easy.
1. From a single-store view, click Integration and select the Tokopedia Channel.
2. On "CSV Upload" tab, upload the CSV Data. AnyX is able to automatically detect the CSV file and provide an Uploaded status if there are no issues.
Once this data is connected - AnyX factors in and aggregates metrics such as sessions, CVRs, ad costs and ROAs within the Sales Channel and Product Analytics reports.
