# Manual Report Generation in Engagement campaign

### 1. Upload CSV Report

1. Navigate to **Report** page in your engagement campaign and click on **CSV Upload**&#x20;
2. **Click on "Manual Upload Template"** to download CSV Report file for your campaign&#x20;
3. Open the CSV file that you downloaded and manually input numbers you need to update&#x20;

Save your edited file as CSV type.

4. Go back to your Report page, upload the file and your metrics should  be accordingly reflected.
