Manual Report Generation in Engagement campaign

Besides automatically fetched post data via API/using OCR , sometimes due to system errors, some metrics are missing, we can manually upload them. Please follow these instructions:

1. Upload CSV Report

1. Navigate to Report page in your engagement campaign and click on CSV Upload

2. Click on "Manual Upload Template" to download CSV Report file for your campaign

3. Open the CSV file that you downloaded and manually input numbers you need to update

Save your edited file as CSV type.

1. Go back to your Report page, upload the file and your metrics should be accordingly reflected.
