* For **Facebook** and **TikTok** posts, once the post URL or caption is submitted in AnyTag, the system triggers an **initial API call** to retrieve performance metrics.
* Subsequently, the API is scheduled to **automatically retrieve metrics data on a weekly basis**. Hence the next scheduled update occurs **7 days after the campaign start date**

&#x20;       *E.g: One campaign started Dec 14, 5:00 pm => the next update will be Dec 21, 5:00 pm*

* On the campaign end date, the API performs **a final metrics update** to capture the most recent performance data.

For posts that cannot be automatically fetched, please contact our support team **after adding the post URL to the platform**. Once notified, we will manually update the post status to **Effective**.
