Edit Order

Orders imported from E-commerce marketplaces cannot be edited on AnyLogi. Please make sure to edit details on E-commerce marketplaces for these orders. (Please refer to here for details on how to edit order details on Shopify)

Manual orders can be editted on AnyLogi.

Only orders under below delivery status can be edited.

Delivery Status: Paying, Allocating, Pending

If you need to edit orders that are under other statuses, please contact us on the chat bot.

① Go to Order Detail Page

Clicking on Order ID takes you to the Order Details Page

  • Temperature

  • Preferred Delivery Date

  • Preferred Delivery Time

  • Delivery Note

  • Products

  • Quantity

  • Discount

  • Shipping

  • Shipping Address

  • Billing Address

  • Customer Note
