# Deal with Pending Order

### Check if the Address is Correct

1. `Postal / ZIP Code`, `Province`, `City name`, `Address Line 1`, `Address Line 2`, `Phone Number` are correctly inputted
2. `Postal / ZIP COde` matches the address

### Check if SKU details registered on AnyLogi and Shopify are identical

SKU details registered on AnyLogi and Shopify have to be the same. In particular, **SKU ID has to be identical**. (Please refer to [here](https://anymind-group.gitbook.io/anylogi/en_us/fulfillment/inventory/sku/edit) for details on how to edit SKU)
