Pending orders are stopped due to some issues.

Please refer to below to find the root cause.

Check if the Address is Correct

  1. Postal / ZIP Code, Province, City name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Phone Number are correctly inputted

  2. Postal / ZIP COde matches the address

If there is a mistake with address, please contact the customer and fix the address. (Please refer to for details on how to edit orders)

Check if SKU details registered on AnyLogi and Shopify are identical

SKU details registered on AnyLogi and Shopify have to be the same. In particular, SKU ID has to be identical. (Please refer to for details on how to edit SKU)

If all of the above have been checked, but the order is till Pending, please contact us with the chat bot.
