Orders imported from E-Commerce marketplaces cannot be cancelled on AnyLogi.
Please cancel these orders on E-Commerce marketplaces.
Manual orders can be cancelled on AnyLogi.
Only orders under below delivery status can be cancelled.
Delivery Status: Paying, Allocating, Pending
If you need to cancel orders that are under other statuses, please contact us on the chat bot.
Please refresh the browser after cancellation.
There are cases where cancellation is not reflected in real time.
① Tick Orders to be Cancelled（Multiple Orders can be selected）
② Click Cancel
