# 注文のキャンセル

**ECカート・ECモールから取り込んだ注文情報は、AnyLogi上ではキャンセルすることができません。**

**ECカート・ECモールの管理画面からキャンセルしてください。（詳細は**[**こちら**](/anylogi/faq-2.md#ecktoecmrudewokyanserusuru)**）**

注文情報のキャンセルが可能なのは、以下の出荷ステータスの注文情報のみです。

出荷ステータス：**入金待ち・引当待ち・確認待ち・出荷待ち**

注文情報のステータスが**「出荷済み」 「キャンセル」** 以外でShopifyでの返金を行っても商品は発送されます。商品の発送を止める場合は**注文のキャンセル**を行なってください。

### ① キャンセルしたい注文をチェック（複数選択可）
