Transfer fee transactions for all amount ranges in Taiwan are 17 TWD.

Transfer fee	Withdrawal request amount
17 TWD	1.000 - 115.000 TWD

Your balance will only be withdrawn automatically when it equals to/exceeds 1000 TWD.
