# Troubleshooting

If your messages are not reaching AnyX, please try the following steps:

### If you have integrated Instagram and Messenger with AnyX and are also linked with similar other services

* Please refer to the video below and reconfigure the "Primary Receiver" app to AnyChat.<br>

* In Facebook settings, the "Primary Receiver" is generally set for newly connected apps. If messages are not reaching AnyX, correcting this setting can resolve the issue.

* Once you set the "Primary Receiver" to AnyChat, press the "**Refresh Permissions**" button to reconnect your Instagram or Messenger account again. \*\***Reconnecting will not result in the loss of existing data.**<br>

### For cases other than the one mentioned above...

Press the "**Refresh Permissions**" button to reconnect your Instagram or Messenger account again. \*\***Reconnecting will not result in the loss of existing data.**
